Bliss Hipp - Director
The Mt.Shasta Community Resource Center (MSCRC) opened its doors in April of 2005 and continues
to build its foundation in the Mt.Shasta community. The mission of the MSCRC is to empower
the Mt.Shsta community through support and resources by providing a safe, open environment that
helps individuals gain strength and self-sufficiency.br>

county-wide referrals to other agencies, parenting workshops and resources, childhood injury
