Yreka Community Resource Center yrekacommunityresourcecenter.org has been
providing activities to the community for six years. In 2004 it joined
forces with Choices for Children, Inc. who acts as fiscal agent for the CRC.
By providing Resource Center services in a central location, the
19,000 sq. ft. Choices for Children building has been utilized to its
maximum capacity. All available space downstairs has been rented out to
other non-profit service providers such as Goodwill Industries, Karuk Tribal
Courts, Remi Vista Foster Family Agency and Girl Scouts.
This year we changed our name to the Yreka Community Resource Center and have 27 programs and services.
We want the entire community to feel welcome here - not just families and not just children. Our mission statement is "Resources for All!"
We strive to etiher provide services or hook people up to the services they need.
